A concise presentation designed to clarify common misconceptions about mental health and introduce the Islamic perspective on psychology.

2. Clinical Workshops (Half-Day)

A structured 3–4 hour workshop providing practical frameworks and detailed knowledge on specific psychological issues.

  • OCD (Waswasah) & Scrupulosity: A deep dive into intrusive thoughts and compulsions, using Clinical CBT alongside Islamic theology and jurisprudence to treat the condition.

  • Anxiety & Depression: Cognitive restructuring and affect regulation strategies grounded in Islamic Jurisprudence & theology.

  • The Islamic Integration: Bridging the gap between Clinical Psychology, Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh), and Spirituality (Tazkiyah) to understand mental health through a faith-based lens.

  • Marriage Guidance & Reconciliation: Conflict resolution focused on communication, rights, and restoring harmony.
