Welcome to Tasfiyah Therapy. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided Tasfiyah Therapy, led by Ashraf Dabous, provides psychological therapy and counselling services. These sessions are intended for support and personal development and are not a replacement for emergency psychiatric care.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are managed via Calendly.

  • Payments are processed securely at the time of booking via Stripe.

  • Fees are clearly stated on the booking page and are inclusive of all processing costs unless otherwise noted.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

4. Professional Boundaries The therapeutic relationship is strictly professional. We do not offer crisis or 24-hour emergency support. If you are in a mental health crisis, please contact 999 or go to your nearest A&E.
